    Next - Big Sven. Remember Sven? Well, Daddy has been keeping his eye out for a bigger Sven than the little clip-on Sven that Addy got at Michaels. And you know what?     Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously. We chose a sampler tray of different meat including; beef brisket, chicken jalapeno poppers, spicy sausage, and some beef skewers plus we added corn on the cobb. Everyone's favorite was the beef ...

    ... was a BBQ chicken pizza. The waiter was really pushy with getting our orders I think he asked Jake if he wanted any salad or not and Jake spent a few seconds thinking about it and he said "do you want salad or not?!" quite aggressively which surprised me a lot. My lasagne tasted okay but it wasn't particularly hot and neither was my garlic bread which was stone cold so I asked the waiter for another warm one but he brought me back one that had barely been warmed ...
