Picked up the car at our friends, the Meadors. Hitting the road for Atlanta. Wow, it's been a whirlwind expedition! Feels like we've been gone for months. Can't believe how much we've seen and all the places that we've been in the last 26 days. I will certainly view so many of the places we've visited with a different set of eyes and opinions ...

... in and off we went in the rain to our next stop - Raleigh, North Carolina. Raleigh is a small town with a large student population and the largest town in North Carolina, it's quieter and much more relaxed then DC and Boston, after staying the night here we travelled to Charlotte, also in North Carolina. Charlotte was a quaint town, we visited the NASCAR hall of fame, had lunch in an arty area called NoDa, we then cruised ...

... you for being there in Europe when I need someone to keep me sane. You have such a laid back attitude that has really helped me calm my crazy and be able to mature to the woman that I am today. I admire your ability to work towards your goals while at the same time enjoying college to the fullest. You have a work ethic that really surprises me sometimes, but then I realize its probably one of the reasons I am able to be such good friends with you. I am so happy that your family ...
