... soon as I saw my car roll up the smell of rotting ass filled the garage. We are still not sure whether it was a rotting carcass in a nearby truck or actually the dude's ass that was producing that smell, but I do know from now on my car will only be resting in well ventilated areas of her choosing.

Driving through the rest of Tennessee and into Arkansas tomorrow. I still can't even believe we're doing this.

Jamie and Kristen's

A travel blog entry by tradition

After driving up from Lake City, we spent a great weekend with Jamie and Kristen. They made a turkey dinner for us with all the trimmings and we relaxed at their house on Saturday. On Sunday we drove out to the Chickamauga Battlefield National Park, watched a video and toured the park. Afterwards, I charged back up the trail and went out to the east ...

... out, my dad had taken Doug here when we were younger, but we weren't there at that so this was my first time riding it.

I rode it to the top then enjoyed the view for about 45 minutes before heading back down on the last train of the day. It offered a great view of downtown Chattanooga and the Tennessee River. Overall, it was a great first day of enjoying the woods and the beautiful natural scenery of this great country!
