    ... away free ice cream. Matty was in that queue quicker than I realised what was going on. We ended up in that queue 3 times,not chatting to the manager and came away with $40 worth of free ice cream, one very decent drinks bottle, one cool bag, one wristband, one phone case and 4 spoons.     ... tied up (temporarily) at Boatwaorks. Peter, Gail and Jean came down to pick Dave up and have coffee. Small whoopsie, no coffee aboard. No problem, "The Galley" serves great coffee. Ran into Dave and Sue on Duet, Lance on Kia Orana, and ROb and Anne on Take 2, so hosted everyone for a dinner that night.     ... there was delicious. Dev had a french style burger with lots of different cheeses, served in lettuce cups rather than a bun. I had a chicken burger which had mango chilli salsa, and was fantastic. We also shared some really crispy salty fries which were almost worth going there for alone!     ... O'Reilly's up the road so presumably got a bit familiar with people) but weren't as forward as yesterday's kookaburra (well one did try to sit on Marc's shoulder but they were more easily shoo'd). There was a bit of an eerie mist hanging over the campsite that evening, mostly because of the elevation, we reckon, as we were up in the clouds.

    ... for Kate to go into and hide so she could have a drink. Unfortunately she had no sooner raised the water bottle to her mouth when someone came around the corner. Fortunately the man saw how stressed she was and told her to go back into the enclosed area and have a drink.
