Left home at 9:00 am thinking I might need extra time for my flight. WRONG. Sat waiting for the plane for two and a half hours finally boarded and was on the way to NYC where I got on the next plane, a 10 hour flight to Sao Paulo. They served pretty good dinner and breakfast on the plane as well as complimentary cocktails, so a few whiskey cokes and I was set to pass out watching the newest Harry Potter movie. welcomed cottontail rabbits, Eastern chipmunks, Eastern fox and red squirrels,
a woodchuck, striped skunks, Boots Malone — our protective tuxedo cat visitor —
and now Scooter, a Northern short-tailed shrew, who seems to love the birdseed

Today, me and Kerry along with Lynn and Logan met up with Jayne to cross the border and visit the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit.

Personal highlights included the 'house of the future' which was round and metallic. It was so successful that only one was ever made! The wiener-mobile which used to drive round selling hot dogs was another favourite part.
