      The grounds here are just fantastic. I had a quick wander around earlier. I took a break as the sun was starting to set. I think tomorrow I will go out a little later still.       ... Unfortunately, it wasn't and there was a real problem here. We had had everything checked out before we started on the trip, but apparently, there was something very wrong with the brakes.

      ... just at the start of the first innings and then by the bottom of the 4th heavens opened and didn't stop. We ended up heading back home as the kids were cold and wet. We left at the right time as play was suspended shortly afterwards for just over an hour. Yankees won 2-0 all runs scored in the 4th innings just after play resumed.

      ... for a little bit, but was abruptly awoken to a noise that I thought was a tow truck. It wasn't. I probably only slept for about 4 hours. Around 5 am I decided that if I couldn't fall asleep in the next half hour that I would go. I couldn't so I did.

      ... by the time we got to Grand Central, on the way passing Madison Square Garden, a giant advertisement of the Dark Knight (amazing!), Times Square (exciting!) and the bridge from the Avengers where they stood to fight the aliens (which I was proud to recognise).
