However, we did find Wertheim! It sits on the confluence of the Tauber and Maine Rivers and at the time of our visit, the annual festival of music was in full swing. ... Reims and enjoy a quiet dinner and beverage or two. It was almost like home, with a fountain at the end of the mall very similar to the one in Kings Cross! As we were heading back to the hotel, we were caught in the crazy celebrations of a group of Algerian supporters - I'm guessing they won their World Cup game! It seemed, perhaps not always, but in this particular time, the whole city was in mayhem because all the roads were, how-do-you-say? Being replaced.
This was a spiraling nightmare for a foreign driver and the French drivers on the roads are, how-do-you-say? A bunch of arrogant fagelers. (I presume they treat all English cars in the same respect).
