... all drank and danced but by the time it got to 4am I'd had enough so I left Dane to his devices and took myself home.

Dane came in at 7.30am with bark off his knee and no phone in his possession! He was hoping that I may have had it but his hopes were as empty as his pockets. The ferry to Ios only took us 45 minutes so we arrived with the day ahead of us. Gemma and I checked into our room which was similar to the Mykonos accommodation but with airconditioning (yay) unfortunately it was also up a very steep hill.

A few people were up at this time. After eating i went back to the room, got ready for the day, then organized my laundry and took it to reception to be done. I then used the WiFi in the lobby then meet up with the rest of the group.

Today way the optional boat cruise optional to a beach with ...

Climbing ever higher, the views were stunning back to Fira and the rest of the island of Santorini. Every so often we would come across seismograhic gear (you think we would have worked it out by now, but no). Nearly at the top, over a ridge, to be confronted with columns of toxic sulphurous steam. This is an active ...

... on the terrace (you put in your order the night before and they bring it up to you at whatever time you want so you eat it in private on your own terrace). Breakfast was delicious! Then we tried again to do Mo's visa - this time we had to take the computer up to reception because our wi-fi kept cutting out. This took quite a while, but when it was finished, we decided to split up. Mo was keen to get a quad bike and drive along the island, while we spent the day ...
