... our tickets was fantastic. She was wonderfully helpful and sympathetic.

New tickets in hand, we found a bench, waited a few minutes, and somberly boarded our new train. Our stop in Manchester was supposed to include a trip to the John Rylands Library, but I didn't want to chance being late for another train, so I scratched that idea.
