The Peoria Riverfront museum was well worth the trip into Peoria. I went to see the Jacquin exhibit on Outsider Art. Outsider Art is Art produced by artists without formal training, especially by ones who work in an idiosyncratic style and are relatively isolated from mainstream artistic trends.
