... where most of the damage was to the outer city you can see a very noticeable difference in the age of the buildings. They go from 20-60 years old to 100-200 in the space of a few buildings. Nach mehreren Lehrjahren in den Himalajas bat dieser sie, die Lehre im Westen zu vermitteln. Seitdem hat Nydahl rund 400 Kagyü-Meditationszentren weltweit gegründet.
