... wins, but I love watching the games. Especially when I'm in a country when that team wins. The atmosphere is crazy! Almost as crazy as being downtown after the SeaHawks won the Super Bowl. As I said in my last post, I had begun to get sick. So my second day in Rotterdam I took it easy. Just hung out at Evans place trying not to die. Once at the airport, I'd checked in online so headed straight for the gate, bought some lunch, passed through security and waited to board my place. No hassle. :)

... in every place! We then biked across town to the Maritime Museum which was fantastic! It is housed in the former Naval HQ in a lovely old building that has been restored. There are excellent exhibits about Holland's naval history, the slave trade, colonial empires, navigation, whales and a couple of bizarre where you follow the journey of piece of cargo from its arrival in Amsterdam Port ...

Left the house at 7.30, around 9.20 we arrived at schiphol. We had to wait for the whole group of 21 people to check in. It was hard to say goodbye to my parents, after the passport control I walked around with John and Anne two other people of the group. After that we went to the gate and went to the plane. Long way to go to Taipei at least there were movies to watch and ofcourse a Bob Dylan cd on the ...
