      ... lime green Opel Corsa that we christened "El Ray". This turned out to be a great decision because we not only had a blast cruising all over the island but it was also SO nice not to have to rely on buses and taxis and have everything scheduled just so to be able to get around.       Burger King at the airport - yes to a Whopper! Then aboard our flight. Had great sunset views with the volcano: El Teide sillhouetted against the back drop and the clouds falling away beneath us. A perfect end to a perfect trip. Our first together, but hopefully not our last.

      ... unable to work out what time it was. I tried to be optimistic that this wasn't a sign of San Fran's continual edging towards a chasm of uselessness but I had to admit he was getting less and less reliable.
