... site which is aimed at families, so there were a lot of children and young people around ( shock, horror!) Luckily there is a separate area just for MH's which was peaceful and quiet. The site is across the road from the sea at Ravenoville Plage, so it got very misty and foggy and we began to wonder if we had done the right thing.........

We went to check out the MH Aire, which is right on the riverbank, opposite the campsite.

we wandered around the town, went into the church and tried to find the Tourist Office to find out about Cycle paths etc. ...

... most of all to charge the MH leisure battery, so we can't always stay in MH Aires.
Also in MH Aires, you are not supposed to put up awnings or tables and chairs, so when it is really hot this can be a bit restrictive.
So we were heading to a municipal campsite which only charges 16e in peak season. ...

... SNCF were allowing travellers to change their bookings without any question, they just wanted you to get to where ever you needed to go. On arrival at St Pancreas we went straight to the Champagne Bar to celebrate our survival of a long and very tiring day, and as we still had another train journey to make to Flitwick, we needed sustenance.
