The last two days the kids have been training so nothing much has been happening. Before and after they are riding around on their new/used bikes and playing tennis. Nate is having a lovely time and as we don't need to be down to training until 11:30am he isn't too tired and holding up pretty well. Happy Birthday Cooper!!!! Today we did our first training session in the North Sea we had to get our boat out of the container that it came over in from Australia. We had to sail out through a 2 km channel to get out to the North Sea. The currents and tides are so different here than at home, also you can't see any land, so this makes it hard to have a land mark at the start of the races. We trained until 5:30 and ...

This morning I was up nice and early for busabout. We are supposed to meet at 8 so I figure 7.30. However brekky hadn't started yet so I went to a bakery down the road amd got a croissant and raisin thing. It was really nice and I wish I had found it earlier!
