... in Paris for long. And Laura needs a belt. We look on one street but then got distracted and wound up walking all the way out to the windmills. I didn't really fid. them very interesting, but walking through the residential areas was cool. Same cute little houses everywhere, cobblestones, etc. then we stopped for a drink in a cute local cafe. When we left it was raining again, but stopped shortly after so we got to wander some more. ... Bruges – it was pretty much flat, green lands with rivers, canals, and the occasional lake. There were small towns and villages filled with houses that looked like old cottages out of a painting, or just houses built at least 50 years ago that looked quite weathered.

The last two days the kids have been training so nothing much has been happening. Before and after they are riding around on their new/used bikes and playing tennis. Nate is having a lovely time and as we don't need to be down to training until 11:30am he isn't too tired and holding up pretty well. Happy Birthday Cooper!!!! Today we did our first training session in the North Sea we had to get our boat out of the container that it came over in from Australia. We had to sail out through a 2 km channel to get out to the North Sea. The currents and tides are so different here than at home, also you can't see any land, so this makes it hard to have a land mark at the start of the races. We trained until 5:30 and ...
