There was a lady and her husband from Nevada that were work camping and they were the only other people around for miles. She came out of her 5th wheel and opened the doors to the school house and showed us through. After flying from Emory pass we made it to another RV park. The owner was a crusty ole guy. Funny and ornery at the same time. We asked for a tent site and they were the first to have a grassy pad for tents. Don't mistake this for Kentucky bluegrass. This is bristly, sparse and you better have shoes on while standing to avoid foot punctures. However, the RV park is just off the freeway; the road to the lake is on one side of our pad, the road to the RV parking on the other side ...
