Usually my fear of heights is okay if I can't envision how I could possibly fall -- in this tower it was so easy to envision myself falling that by the top I was gasping out of fear more than anything else! The waterfront is loaded with marinas, large ferry terminal, cafés, shops and vendors selling the same kind of stuff I saw in Mexico. The same everywhere?... ... and so have concreted over most it. Also in order to submerge yourself in the sea you have to wade out in ankle deep water for about 100m. This meant there were a lot of Europeans in very little clothing, parading around in ankle deep water and flexing their muscles, tossing small balls around.
