... final night in Split. We had a decent look around Split, which is also incredible. The gold coast crew organized a goodbye dinner in a really nice restaurant in an alley way in Split. It was really nice. Had some Squid Ink pasta and a nice red. Perfect way to spend the last night with some awesome people.

While we were glad to get off the boat and stay in a place where the shower wasn't in the basin less than ...

... small underwater entrance in the cave that lets light and it makes the cave an unbelievably bright blue color, almost as if it's glowing. It was really cool to see!

After this we got back on our boat and headed to the island of Vis. Here we stopped in a small town and had lunch and walked around. It was a very quaint island town. Diocletian was a Roman Emperor who had a retirement palace built here in about 300 AD. The marble and limestone walls and stones remain in this vibrant port city. It's the 2nd largest city in Croatia. The areas near the harbor and in the former palace are beautiful, if not an ...

... Svi Letovi' was not actually a very popular airline but meant 'all passengers' so you just had to randomly pick a queue for a check-in desk...weird! Security was really quick -the line kept moving which was really nice. Not like at Stansted where we had to wait for all the idiots who had got to the front of the line only to decide then that they were going to go through their massive make up bag and put things in the plastic bag. Idiots.

... Usually my fear of heights is okay if I can't envision how I could possibly fall -- in this tower it was so easy to envision myself falling that by the top I was gasping out of fear more than anything else! Luckily, we did get a lovely view of the rest of the palace, as it is rather more extensive than the tourist-frequented bits that we made it to.

We made it to Brela from Split at around 6pm and promptly got lost on the way to our hostel. This ...
