The airport seemed to have more people around than we had seen over the past several days. I forgot that it was an actual 'airport' and simply started with my name. Um, passports are required too. That said, the fellow laughed when Christine asked if she could take water on board. For the first time on an actual jet it was general seating - we had a tip to go on the right to see the best views. The color of the water, sand ...

Christine and Caleb pretty much bypassed our included breakfast today. As I was paying the bill we were informed that our 5PM ferry had been cancelled - oh, were you not notified. Today was my first Michelle Marvig class, Kasuri, a foundation paper pieced quilt. I have never done a full foundation paper pieced quilt before so was a bit nervous but it is turning out great. I'm learning plenty of tips and tricks and have only had to unpick one seam! The day has flown by and dinner was upon my ...

... no - no bus goes to the zoo - so I set off with my map for the taxi stand and stumbled into it as I was trying to nail down where it was. A nice lady taxi driver took me there. I bought my senior ticket and the ticket person was nice enough to give me an English translation for the special exhibit on biodiversity that was in the museum there. He said I needed to allow 1 1/2 hrs. for the zoo and 3 hrs for the botanical garden at a minimum to do ...
