Pleasant beach but nothing to write a blog about!
While waiting for a taxi back, got a lift from Almando, a
friendly parejo salesman and parttime guide, to Playa la Galera, a lovely
protected crescent of sand really good for swimming as no waves. Nabbed another

It’s in a good location, 10 seconds to the sea and the
upstairs walkway to the rooms has sea views. The genial host sorted a 400bsf
room for me and while I was waiting, did a reccie around town looking for
useful landmarks to get my bearings i.e. the nearest cheap beer shop – you do
have to shop around otherwise you’re paying 15bsf for ***** lite beer when you
could be ...
