... want to know how the rest of my trip home went you can ask me. I don't want to type the details because they're gross and I want to end my blog on a good note.

Overall, I had a wonderful time. I only wish I could've stayed longer. I am so thankful for the Faraj's and their hospitality. I'm so thankful for Jamille and all she did to prepare for my visit and for taking me to a World Cup game and to Pipa. I'm thankful for Jamille's friends', family's ...

... draped in a Costa Rican flag on my other side taunting the Uruguayans and the Italians because the Ticos beat both of them! I had sincere fear that were going to die! We got to our seats and once again we were lower level right behind the goalie. Perfect! The game starts and Uruguay fans are exploding with energy! Italy had a pretty good size showing as well! Sure enough, right out the gate Italy takes a couple of dives, and Bruce stands up with his ...

... br> We made our way to the game nice and early. It was well organised, orderly queues and everyone was in great spirits. Even the Food and Drink stalls were open which was an improvement on Grant's game on Friday. It was simply thrilling entering the stadium. Nearly 40,000 soccer fans all in one place, all in one rhythm? Star Spangled Banner was something special to hear - the stadium erupted in song. The whistle blew and the USA scored the ...
