Praia D'El Ray, Marriott Golf and Beach Resort

A travel blog entry by prabhatanna on Aug 15, 2014

After breakfast we had to head back to the airport to get on a private bus that would take us to the resort. We got to meet more family and let's just say it was a loud/fun bus ride to the resort. David came by for a quick visit before heading off to work. We had a late start because we were up so late last night. Obidos is a medieval walled city and castle. It was tradition that the king would give it to his queen as her sort of playground where she would have beautiful gardens and slaves to take care of her every whim. We walked along the top of the wall which by Canadian standards is very dangerous. The stairs up and the walk along the top have no ...
