    Skybar Marina Bay Sands hotel

An impressive hotel, spectacular view and unforgettable experience at the swimming pool.. Excellent Valet service and check-in service at Tower 1. And, it is also a costly experience but worth for the value.

    Best Hotel in the World

Amazing staff, hotel, service, food and atmosphere. Currently my favourite hotel in the world . Impressive from the inside out! I stayed in a Club Room which we upgraded to as we got free buffet breakfast and free Canapes and Cocktails between 3-5pm. The amount we paid to upgrade easily balanced out with all the free food and alcohol and with happy hour we were full, therefore not needing to buy dinner. The Infinity Pool spanding over the three towers was impressive to say the least. Beautiful pcitures can be taken on a good day, but for the time that I went, there were storms around twice a day and when it was good weather, i was out exploring.

Having traveled to Singapore many times with stays at various hotels, I must say that Marina Bay Sands has to be one of my favorites. From the infinity pool atop the hotel overseeing the city, to the easy connection to the many shops and restaurants at the mall next door, this hotel has to be the jewel of Singapore. This is quite the place!

This place is huge and it is huge enough for people to spend all the time of the day in there without feeling any necessity to go out. You won't be hungry, as there are countless of restaurants, cafes and a large food court in the resort. You won't get bored, as there are so many activities you can do, like swimming in the Sky Pool at the rooftop of the tower, taking photographs at the Sky Park and at the Observation Deck, watching shows, shopping, gambling and visiting the Art Science Museum located just outside Marina Bay Sands.

Moreover, the room of the hotel is very clean and new. Guests of the hotel are free to go to the Sky Pool. If you ever stay at Marina Bay Sands, be sure to visit this amazing rooftop pool, especially at sunset when the red and orange colors appear at the horizon and the gold color appears on the surface of water of the pool. Also, the Sky Park is another place that you should not miss out if you ever visit Marina Bay Sands. There is an observation deck in the park which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city. You will enjoy the view, and if you visit it at night I'm sure you will be amazed and surprised by the night view you see in front of your eyes.

We enjoyed our two-day visit to Singapore en route to Indonesia but the overriding feeling we were left with was that it had very little soul. It was a very clean, well-ordered city but a bit sterile. We enjoyed our stroll around the Botanic Gardens and the Orchid garden. Chinatown Heritage Centre was interesting and Changi museum and chapel very …

Viv had set the alarm for 6.30 this morning and was packed up before I had dressed; she decided to take her bags down so she didn't have to do it later.
I joined her in the dining room downstairs after a shower and packing up my own stuff, the sounds of morning call to prayer ringing in my ears. When I got downstairs Viv was upset because a man …

A very late start this morning, first a swim then wandering around the Marina Shoppes looking for breakfast, which ended up being lunch, really. After that we only had time to head to the tattooists. While Viv was getting inked I went off to see what I could see and buy some gifts.

Within twenty paces I saw a sign for 'Pet Supplies' and …

Arriving in Singapore we made our way along Orchard road, surrounded by yet more high end designer shops! You can only pretend to live the high life for so long so we headed out to the harbour.
