The camp site wasn't far from the old town, and all we had to do was drive to the shopping centre down the road, park, buy some bus tickets, and catch a trolley bus one stop. Easy. Strolled through part of the old town area, and had dinner at a traditional Latvian restaurant. Caught the bus back, and then put the tent up in record time at 10.30pm. We had a bit of sleep in. At 9 we went down to have some breakfast at the Elefant hotel. It was very busy, seemed like everyone wanted to eat at the same time. The breakfast was generally very bland but it was food, enough to get us going for the day. We took the bus to the old town. It was €1.20 and took about 10 minutes. It was hot in the bus.
