No alarm, and the plan to miss breakfast. We still woke around 9 though but had a leisurely get up, missing breakfast. We had a restful lying in the sun day on the hotel beach. Lunch was chicken donner and chips at the snack bar. At the end of the day I was getting dressed to leave the beach, Barry was just reading a page and a half before we could go. As I pulled my shorts up I saw the bee on my thigh just to late, oh so ...

Up at 6.30, first into breakfast - but not the only ones, then in reception waiting for our pick-up by 7.35. It was only a little late. Once everyone had been picked up our guide, Ebru in traduced herself and gave a very good introduction to the day and a good commentary for most of the journey. So much for going back to sleep. We left the coach and joined our boat for the day. A short trip up river took us to the mud baths. Not as much mud as expected and you had to scoop it up ...

It dropped us at the jetty adjacent to our hotel beach. We were just too late for the restaurant so dined at the snack bar beside the stage, grilled chicken with chips. Good enough. We moved to the other end of the ground to the ...

... short stroll around the town before the hotel entertainment. The Drifters were quite good once they got going, got the crowd involved. I was not so taken with the light show though. 3 blokes in outfits with coloured lights pretending to fight each other. Luckily this bit dint go on too long. I've found my first 2 bites this evening, felt I was being attacked while watching the ...

... We moved further away from grandad and the kid but he had been joined by a bigger kid with an even louder voice - no escape. Do their parents not realise the everyone else around the pool was lying quietly? Still it was after 12 so Barry started us on the beer and then it was lunch time. A better experience than breakfast, simple but adequate food. I was quite restrained again even declining pudding! More sunbathing followed and I think I slept for ...
