... back to Chicago. More than 2 hours later we finished the task (I think?). We spent this adventure going between our hotel room, the hotel lobby and a travel agency which was no help whatsoever with computers and phones calling multiple airlines with varying success. We did a morning walk near the lake this morning and then up to a small tower just above the town in the afternoon. The weather was beautiful and the views from woods to water were inspiring. Cleaning out the fridge for dinner and packing tonight. It has been such a blessing to experience the Feast of Tabernacles here in Germany. Auf Wiedersehen! ...

... Furthermore, this is a triple room. Designed for 3 people. While there may be groups of 3 who are comfortable with such a situation, I’m impressed that it seems like all of them are. Europe is such a wild cultural experience.

We had dinner with a small gathering of the Dutch and Dutch speaking brethren. It was standing room only with a mix of conversations in Dutch and English, excellent food, and a short hymn sing accompanied by guitars.
