    ... old parts of Canadian cities) and Hall has many amazingly old and unique doorways. The food at the restaurant was quality fare and really felt like you got a taste of what a banquet must have seemed like 500 hundred years ago. The chainmail head covering was a little heavy but I stuck it out for the girls sake as the "Knight of the table". I requested that I be called that on subsequent nights but it never happened.

    ... Theo, said "what are those - you are supposed to have a snack box like everyone else." I had plastic baggies and everyone else had the big lunch boxes. We have recess at different times, there are no bells. And "math" is called "maths".

    ... into the bar/restaurant for afternoon drinkies and booked a table for dinner tonight. The restaurant is very rustic with wooden beams with creaky floors and little nooks and crannies everywhere. We have just returned from dinner at the hotel restaurant which is very well known locally for its fine food. As our good friend Lorraine would say, "I don't feel well!!" I had schnitzel which came with potato salad, Andrew had spare ...

    ... legs and we gave him a nickname "drie" - that is 3 in German. We had a huge "prentzel" - you couldn't believe how huge it was.

    Reese - We drove to Mayrhofen and we saw the cows that were coming down the mountain with the farmers. There were a few really young ones and they all had crosses and big head pieces on their heads, and huge bells on their necks. We had a drink and some special sausage, after that we went to take the gondola up the mountain. It was one big gondola. ...
