We didn't get very far today due to torrential rains along the gulf coast. We could not see anything in front of us so we thought pulling in and staying over night somewhere was the best idea.

We had to get an early start the next morning, we had a very long drive to East Texas, but Travis wanted to make sure we tried some delicious sticky buns before we left. They were, in fact, very delicious, and we got to see Navarre beach, also not dog friendly. The beach towns have not been good to Lola on this trip so far.

          Happy 4th of July!

We had a great time at Pensacola Beach! We got there at 9:45am and stayed until 3pm and even with a easy up shade, rash guard wearing and 3+ sunscreen applications we all got sunburn! But it was great, the sand was white, the water was clear and great temp, good/calm conditions and everyone could walk out a ways without it being too deep. We ...
