We set off at our usual early time of about 10.00 (where are my 5.30 am starts to Dubai to beat the trucks) to drive to Italy. After a lovely time revelling in the views, identifying some of the features that we had seen earlier on the tour and having another coffee, we did make it back down safely to the Port of Corfu.
