    Final morning. Said goodbye to Ipek and Silar our wonderful hosts. They really are exceptional people.     From Rhodes, we took a 3 hour ferry to Symi, an incredibly delightful island. A small island, the dwellings and infrastructure are essentially heritage listed so they all retain the character of the previous centuries.
