... We had lunch in the 'aquarium' restaurant, which had a big aquarium right in the middle. Our lunch was pretty amazing, and my dad says that it was the most expensive meal I have ever had.

Right now we are off to the spice and gold souks (markets) and this afternoon if it stops raining we're going on a desert safari.

... two amazing hotels - the Burj al Arab (see next blog entry for our visit there) and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
Today, it's raining - which is pretty odd for the desert - and if it keeps raining our evening desert safari might get cancelled- which would be a real shame as my mum is really looking forward to it.

Tomorrow we're off to Switzerland, where it's -2 degrees and snowing in Zurich, which will be a big shock to us all.

hatte leider, beim hin und her packen, um das gewicht optimal zu gestalten, total darauf vergessen, mein waschzeug und sachen zum wechseln einzupacken.....aber gott sei dank gibt es im hotel einen 24 stunden shop......haben alles ...
