... has to break up the wrestling matches between Caleb and I that inevitably end up with one of us whining. You may ask yourself if anyone will ever learn - maybe even the adult in the equation??? Anyhow I had a good swim near the Grotta area this AM in the sun and after the bus debacle we all spent time at the beach watching the waves and playing some footy. I went for ...

Today was another travel day. I got up at 8.30am, showered, dressed, then ate breakfast from the brought up tray. I then got ready for the day, packed my bag, downloaded and sorted pictures, used the WiFi and then took my bags downstairs. Here i checked out and then walked from the hotel to the ferry terminal building. It was a nice walk along the waterfront. I got to the ferry building and it was ...

... the Island to a fisherman's cove called Apollonas. This is less touristy than the western side where we are located, it is so quiet here, not as many people, but very, very pretty. The long windy roads up through the hills of Naxos to the Horia ( small villages) are a bit scary, especially when driving on the wrong side of the road. This is Jim's first go at driving in Greece, a weird experience for him, and he hit more gutters than I do. On the way we stop to have a look ...
