... was a bit more rugged with bumps, roots and big puddles to navigate through with the buggies. Just part of the fun! We walked for about an hour. Tygo and Beau enjoyed themselves as much as we did. Across the road from the carpark was cafe so we had coffee in the sun before heading home.

Margreet and Arendt offered to take us out for dinner with the family. As Tygo was really ready for sleep he stayed behind with Vincent so 8 of us met up at ...

Felt remarkably good today. Felt even better when a nice young tradesman came and installed wifi ! Sat in my nightie till 10:00 when it came on. So wonderful to be able to contact Willow, then James and finally sent mail to all the others. Jazz people fighting and whinging again, so sent replies. Did my washing and put it out on the line. Sunny and warm but not too hot for most of this visit.

Roos' house was in a pretty cul de sac. Big hug from Roos. Her 3 ...

Up and down the stairs a lot in the night. Thought I could get away without pain meds, but after struggling down the stairs again !!! I was in despair with the pain. Had to take pills. Spent the day talking and waiting for the man to install wifi. Sat in warm sunshine and read my book. Took photos of beautiful flowers. Later went for a walk through the village. Finally heard that the installer wasn't coming ...
