... another beautiful bay known as Loh Samai then continued round to the world famous Maya Beach. It was really beautiful and surprisingly not overly crowded. It didn't look like the movie though and I later found out that for filming they removed the sand dunes planted more palm trees and photoshopped a rock in to close off the bay (restored to its original state post movie), apparently even paradise isn't good enough for Hollywood. Walking back from Pra Nang we found a big group of monkeys, we hung around watching them for ages and taking pics, they were so cute. We went back to the hotel pool for a bit to cool off and chill out.

In the evening we went over to Railay east to find some dinner and drinks. We stopped at ...

... driver got out and got some sort of liquid for the bus. We weren't sure if it was gas, water, or break fluid. After a few minutes we were on our way again. After another 30 minutes, we pulled over again at a food stand. The driver again got some fluid for the bus and then we were off. By this time, we were pretty sure he was getting gas. Another 30 minutes and we stalled while going up a hill with nothing in sight. The driver hailed down a guy on ...
