Thoroughly sated and mostly likely waddling, we did what we do best and got back in the car. This time the destination was downtown Seattle where we needed to catch the Bainbridge Island Ferry. This weekend was a long one due to Canada Day celebrations. We decided to stick to our plan of spending Canada Day in Vancouver, but now breaking the journey up by visiting the small town of Hope on the way. We set off Sunday morning on the three hour drive on the Coquihala Highway; Canada's highest and a drive we have done a few times now. ... is just another photo opportunity. We wandered back the long way through the campgrounds for a stickybeak and got chatting to another lady staying here. We thought she waved us over for a chat just being friendly but a few things in conversation were a bit odd and then as we were leaving she says "Well if I'm ever in the Netherlands I'll look you up".
