Flying from Gold Coast to Melbourne in the evening (2030) you'd think would be a breeze right? Wrong. So wrong. Dirty plane, screaming babies and a child who figured out that if he angled his brightly lit game a certain way it would reflect off the Window and blind other passengers... it was like it's own personal hell. Featherweight backpacker

... Eg hydration, pockets, raincoat. I was concerned whether it was big enough to also enable me to take some gifts, but no problem, maybe I have finally least to take double the cash and half the baggage.

To weight the backpack, I thought I would weigh myself with and without the pack. I was amused how fully geared up with backpack, I was still 10 kg lighter then what I weighed 18 months ago.
