... a changing....changing in a big yummy way! It's not just the pristine beaches, old cars & sounds of salsa that is putting Cuba on the map. Now unlike ever before travellers from every end of the world are beginning to realize that Cuba brings flavor to the table in the form of local cuisine. The culinary world is nothing new to Cardènas. For years neighborhood eateries have been nothing more that opening the front door to locals and passing out Papa ...
... in Habana, Cienfuegos, Trinidad was excellent with no one sick at all. Strange that the only truly tourist spot in Cuba Varadero the food was not very good quality. Maybe just a fluke that we hit a bad one.

And our favourite bartender Janesa was there and she was terrific!
