After all this we went back to the hotel to shower and change, then went out to dinner at the same place as last night. This time we both chose chicken parmesan which was very nice. ... we got within 60 miles of the hotel we were caught in a traffic jam due to an accident on I26. Fortunately it only delayed us for 20 mins and we were on our way again.

... getting in the rat race on the super slab. Believe it or not the food was delicious, we figured it must be if all those truckers eat there. Then we hit the traffic and the buffeting. ... s (Friday) start off looks to be pretty good, but we are going to be heading straight into the moving front that has and is throwing some severe weather out into Texas and will be moving towards the east & northeast for the next 2 days.
Looks like we'll be breaking out and climbing into our 'rain gear' possibly late Friday afternoon and more likely Saturday morning as the front gets closer to ...
We will leave out 'bright & early' Friday morning, point PEARL west and give her loose reigns. Our first night's destination will be Gainesville, GA by way of Toccoa Falls (Georgia).
