    ... We ended off the night by watching the Masters 3rd round. There was a beer fest and band playing in the hotel bar, but we were so tired (and I had no clean clothes!), we couldn't drag ourselves off the beds! Today was a much better day!     ... Burgh in the 12th century by King David I of Scotland.
    Stop if you will and give thought to all that has happened in those 900 some
    years. What is remarkable (but not unusual in these parts) is that much of the
    old infrastructure remains in use. Thankfully this doesn't include plumbing
    which has been upgraded over the years! Relying on the sanitary arrangements of
