Before starting our day, last night I'll point out that we got to watch Avengers up by the pool on the big screen. It was cool both figuratively and literally, but fun none the less. Athens at last, the birthplace of democracy, philosophy, and some very impressive architecture (among many other things). After the last few updates admitting we were clueless of the culture and had no plans...this time we were just clueless. We hired ...

... and I needed a night of rest before we went on a boat. The next day we met up for breakfast and headed to the port of Piraeus to board our cruise ship. The cruise ship has been an interesting experience so far. All the meals are included and they do package deals for drinks. All you can drink for 21 euro a day! It is as if one visits a Spa except the emphasis is not on relaxation and beauty but on healing as well. Even a one-off-treatment with jets will leave you feeling invigorated, revived and refreshed. This spot will become your favorite.

I felt that there was no need to have any extra treatment ...

... our way back to Athens. We found a McDonald's so we stopped for a happy meal, delicious. Then we got back to the Hilton and we had to circle the hotel a couple of times because the "easy return" was ridiculous. Security showed us where to park it and we were good. I took the laundry we dropped off upstairs as well, we picked that up when we left the hotel before, only $13 euro for 14 pounds of clothing.

Tomorrow is a day full of walking. We're off to bed.

... civilization, that is why i feel a bit bored here. Overall, in terms of comfort the hotel is ok. To pass time, i stayed in the bar (was not lucky to have a room with a beautiful view). Facetime my niece, Kathryna and my Doha based friend, Wigdan to keep me company while all-by-myself sitting in one corner. Ordered margarita to have a good sleep later. Hope this works! Have to wake up at 2:30am to take ...
