    ... known her whole life. Lots of english speaking seniors and staff. This is good as she doesn't speak french. Although she knew I would be there.. She was surprised. Her memory is not as good as it used to be.

    Went skiing with the Reidy's and their cousins. Jay Peak is definitely a must on a skiers list. Some sweet glade skiing for novices. Packed powder. 25 degrees. Barely a breeze.     ... and very dry sparkling cider. By then we decided that our cholesterol overload was enough and we skipped dinner. Today is another warm day on our drive to Quebec City. I suppose my only disappointment is that the town green, in three pines, is really a creation of Louise Penny. The small towns were very lovely and picturesque. But none have a central green.
