    ... over 10 minutes.. Even blocking people coming into the barn. It was a bit embarrassing but funny nevertheless. Earlier in the day when we were in the midway and buildings, Valerie, Linda and I each bought an identical silver ring . We have another one that we bought years ago. It was nice to do this again. With a sister in Quebec, a sister in Alberta and me being in BC, these sister moments are really special! :)

    A nice campground after a 4 hour drive through Montreal - mostly easy driving, which is good, because we didn't know how much twisty, windy, up and down we would face the next day on "La Route des Sommets", and after crossing the border into Maine!

    ... area in the restaurant, heard it was her birthday and brought over a silver bangle bracelet as a gift for her. So thoughtful! As it turns out, it was this lady's 84th birthday the day before!

    Not sure where the time went, but we left there on the 7th. Not enough time, and didn't get to see everyone I wanted to, but we will be back after our east coast adventure. Stay tuned! More to follow from Quebec later in ...

    Went skiing with the Reidy's and their cousins. Jay Peak is definitely a must on a skiers list. Some sweet glade skiing for novices. Packed powder. 25 degrees. Barely a breeze. A couple of quads and a tram bought you to the top. Sitting on the Canadian border in northern Vermont, it's quite remote making for small lift lines.
