... the buildings deteriorated so it has been renovated. There was written information as well as video footage of 're-enactments' of relevant parts of the history of the family and the historical battles fought.
We drove back along the other side of the Loire River, past the cliffs of tufa stone, where there were caves carved into the soft stone.
