... stop the sun was shining, but it was bitterly cold. We were each wearing as many layers as we could without looking quite like Michelin men.
It took about 20 mins to get to the centre of Tours and cost 1.50e each return! Apparently you get 1 hours travel for 1.50. We thought this was for 1 journey.

We have 'done' the Loire valley several times, but cannot remember visiting Tours. Although it is Sunday tomorrow, there is a bus into the city centre, so we have decided to go and have a look around. we are going to stay here for 2 nights and then make a dash for the Channel!

Quick update, there was a little bit of snow today!! I was in English Class and my friend suddenly said "Hannah! Look! It's snowing!" (In French). It was raining and snowing too, it was so pretty because it was gentle and in flurries.

(Ruby) Today we went to Maison Magie which is French for Magic house. It has mirror`s that change our shape and size. It had pictures that were pirates and then you turned them around and they turned into a person. We bought a magic wand and two magic tricks. We also went to a troglodyte village which was caves and people that lived in chateaus took all the money so some poor people had to live in caves. ...
