The pre-trip

So I haven't actually flown out yet, but I'm planning to.. In 9 hours. I just wanted to get my fans pumped up to read more about my adventures.

It's snowing a lot outside (in GFPK). I foresee a nice 1.5 hour bus ride from downtown Montreal to PET airport.

L'insomnie

Salut.

Coisas produtivas. Eu escolhi assistir a um filme. My Life In Ruins, com Nia Vardalos ...

Uphill from a plaza was Quartier Latin where we had an evening coffee. Waiters kept asking us in French and we could not shake off a feeling of being in a magnificently unreal place

Several times we saw signs "Come back in May". I wonder...

... equipment. I am lying to myself by saying that I have faith in the ability to make a living from selling my photos. Why? Because it's the only way to make it to tomorrow and not give up.

Think about this from a historical and religious perspective. There is no concrete, scientific, proof of a God. There is no empirical evidence that one exists. There are all the arguments about we wouldn't exist, only a God would create such a beautiful world, etc, etc. But really, there is ...

Third and Second Last Day in Québec :(

... Finally, I said somewhat firmer, no, thanks, really, im fine. And he was like, Ok, have a good day, and walked away. Weird.

After I left that, I BIXI biked it to the old port, relaxed a bit BIXI-ed a bit more, then parked my BIXI and walked around in vieux montreal for a bit. There was another concert going on outside, so I watched for a bit. I guess I should mention that the Montréal Fringe Festival ended today ...

... want to know our names, where we're from, our passions, what we're doing, what we want to do, what we love, what we're afraid of...WHO WE ARE. I promise you, this is not an every day occurrance at McGill. The duration of the day was littered with conversations about crusing in the Serengetti, spice tasting in Zanzibar, Land Cruisers, the history and importance of the Rift Valley, the Zulu, San, Bobo and Bantu peoples, homestays with the ...

Day 34 - Eustis to Montreal

... all these things we have savoured the time together, with no other cares than to make the most of this opportunity and to reflect on the special time we have been able to have. If we can recommend our experience at all, then all we can say is that to do this with your best friend and your lover is the greatest of all. Thank you for reading and au revoir - see you soon. Sweet Home Montreal

... on going to the Carribean side of Costa Rica, however, we were unable to do so. On Wednesday we decided to venture into a neighbouring town and went souvenir shopping for the day. It was interesting to see what people were trying to sell. Most of the things were the same in all stores which included wooden turtle shaped necklaces, bracelets that said Costa Rica and beach bags. Although in one tiny store there was an overly friendly salesman who attempted to speak ...

The beds aren't comfortable, the showers dont work, and strange mexicans sleep in the bed across from who and seem to want to share thier entire lifes story with you upon your meeting them. But at 15$ candian per night, you can't expect too much. Old Montreal is quite possibly the most beautiful sight i've seen so far on this trip. Many of the buildings date ...
