... as a team of six intrepid (?) travellers, beginning our adventure in Amsterdam. Next up is a quick stop in Athens, where we pick up a straggler and become a group of 7. ... Manly we were greated with impressive shore lines with golden
sand and palm trees! Heading in the direction of a long picturesque walk
got about 7mins in and couldn't draw ourselves away from the beach(and
especially the volleyball matches going on) and stayed put for about 2
Strolling further down, we bumped into to 'Soccer Joey' who was more than
delighted to pose for a 'photie' with us!

... 500 there tonight and it was a great atmosphere. Despite not really on knowing the rules, our native Aussie friend Kristy sorted us out with what was going on. It was a really close game with the swans taking the Iead in the first 2 quarters but the Richmond Tigers came back with bang and got a 95-77 win. Fantastic experience and enjoyed it alot more than I would have thought. Great fast moving and physical game.
So, absolutely shattered we returned home via taxi, and to bed.
