    ... correct airport once again, and got on to plane. Jennifer shed no tears during the making of this event. Even our baggage made it to Athens after spending the night at the local airport. Yes, the luggage stayed at the correct airport while the people did not.

    We arrived safe and sound but about 40 minutes late. Getting through the airport was doodle and our luggage was amongst the first bags to arrive on the carousel. We had Captain's Choice tour directors to meet us as we stepped out of the customs hall and we were soon meeting other passengers.     After our typical Greek breakfast of yogurt and honey, feta cheese with tomatoes and olives and bread, we did some hiking. We wanted to climb to the top of the rock to see the old fortress.     ... where we are staying in Antonio motel....( do not take the spelling of the above cities as fact!!!) Amazing landscape mountains all around, quite spectacular but very sad to see a lot of towns appearing to be in poverty!!! Tomorrow is going to be interesting as the whole of Greece is on strike, so unclear as to what is effected here...one thing for sure from what we hear lucky we are not in Athens ...
