Not having a casino makes this a wonderfully quiet and intimate hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.

So how did this amazing Vegas trip come to pass? Glad you asked.

My dear, sweet, favorite Auntie B retired in February and really wanted to travel and my other Aunt K just happens to own a timeshare in Las Vegas. Long story short-- Aunt K agreed to let us use her timeshare as Auntie B's gift and a Vegas trip was born. It was the biggest family trip ever conceived. Six of ...

As we head into a more built up area Pete takes the wheel as Jayne really doesn't want to drive in Vegas. We see Vegas through the hills from a long way away, before it disappears from sight for a while. Sometime later we are heading onto the interstate for a short while ...

The restaurant was all Egyptian, but that was the main and only effects on show than in the rest if the hotel. It did not carry this character theme thru, so a little disappointing in that respect, After enjoying many delights to eat and getting our full fill, we left to get the metro as it was not about ...

Well here we are at Vegas and its all you would expect it to be, bright lights, loud music and huge crowds. Flying into Vegas I was surprised how big this place really is. Its actually a small city, I just thought it was a strip of hotels and casinos with not much more. Its sort of in this valley, surrounded by mountains,(you can see in my photos). Were staying at the MGM Grand and I swear this place is massive, I doubt we will see it all ...
