We went on a last minute trip that the school arranged and paid for. It was a tour that included the bus, tour guide, hotel and food. Our Vacay weekend
... a street. It was a spit that resembled getting gyros or el pastor, full of pork chops and pork belly. They cut off chunks of pork and mixed it with cumin and some spicy seasoning with lettuce and the pork juices. Then it was placed on a bread that looked like an english muffin. It was pretty amazing. We had about 5 of those. We have a long weekend this week and wanted to go back but everything is booked because it is a holiday. Instead we are going to Guangzhou. So more pics for that ...
