... to watch the sunset. The place was a hive of activity and had a great ambiance about it but still very relaxed and not at all stuffy. That's one thing about here nobody dresses up and everyone just blends in (with flip flops on!). We also visited 17-mile drive and Pebble Beach for a brief tour for some photos of the Lone Cypress and the putting green! Very exclusive. Then we were off down the Pacific Coast Highway, which was also lovely with just minor exceptions for fog obscuring some of the mountain tops and rocky outcroppings, it was a beautiful and scenic drive. ... cycle for over an hour until we reach a playground. Dylan loves the playground, especially the swing, today. We meet a lovely American family with a daughter the same age as Dylan who want to know where we've been and what we've been up to, whilst the children laugh together on the swing. Back to drop the bike cart off and a speedy lunch.

... up the coast, but by this time it was starting to get late and Malibu beach was looking awfully tempting. So when a sign for a RV park popped up we decided to hit it up. Despite buying a 'Mountain view' site, we are perched right at the top of the park and have a wonderful view of the ocean. We saw out the day by sitting on the beach watching the sun set and the tide slowly creep up on us.
