A little island holiday before time to head home
... a quiet affair! Most people slept past lunch time and spent the afternoon chilling out on the beach or in rooms before meeting for a group xmas dinner in the evening. Karmic Blocks - a question for the yogi ?
... loads of questions to ask on this but as you don't have a chance to follow up at the time (as we can't speak) but I will try to find out more as its all very interesting. Anyway the outcome of this is that I am giving up the scooter and walking, apparantly I am to treat myself as a fragile package during this time!!
