... There are no bars to speak of and it's quite quiet. At night when the little shops selling **** close it lights up and looks stupidly nice. The Mexican was class, I had fajitas with chopped chilli on the side and nachos. The fajitas were the best I've ever had from a restaurant. Great day to head up into the hills.. central Bali that is..only 50 klms approx but in the snail crawl of Bali..it is not a quick trip.
My driver Nyoman rarely goes over 40 kph due to the narrow roads, excess motorbikes, roadworks , cars reverse parking, trucks doing deliveries etc.. Hey, this is Bali..No rush, anyday.
