... which is lucky as there were no hostels left to book as this weekend there is a massive party going on all over Peru as it is their Independence Day on 28th July. Mancora is right on the beach and is very warm so every seems to flock here to have a party. ... Daniela had mentioned a veggie restaurant in town that has a good reputation so we decide to head there. Some of our group are already there with 'Angela's' repuatation passing through the group. Adam has a massive fruit salad with granola, yoghurt and honey while Sally has a soy burger which is bigger than her head - she eats half and saves the rest for dinner.
